Advanced Project Management Part 1
The Advanced Project Management is the next step after understanding and taking the Intermediate of project management course or having passed the PMP and having some five years experience in project management
It covers how portfolio of projects, programs and projects strategically align with the corporations goals. It looks at Project management maturity, program management maturity, portfolio management maturity models and sets the constituents of how an organisation links its strategy to initiatives that are delivered as program or projects.
Its goal is to provide knowledge transfer of how the whole of different aspects of maturity and controlling organisations at a strategic and operational change level using a portfolio of programs
You should have the basic knowledge of Project Management and terminology. You should have experience of carrying out at least ten project life cycles.
