Balanced Scorecard & Strategy Implementation

In this course, we will utilize one of the leading management tools used to implement organizational mission and strategies in the world. At the highest level, the Balanced Scorecard is a framework that helps organizations translates strategy into operational objectives that drive both behavior and performance. It provides an overview of the organization’s performance by integrating financial measures, customer perspectives, internal business processes and organizational growth, learning and innovation.

Throughout this course, we provides managers and other professionals with a measurement-based management system, enabling them to deploy a strategic plan, set performance targets, and measure performance over time to accomplish their mission and meet regulatory requirements.

When developed properly, the scorecard provides the organization with an aligned set of key measures that are cascaded through all levels. In this way, each officer of the organization is able to understand how what he or she does impacts on the overall success of the organization.
