MDP451a – Project Framework and Integration Management

Course description

This course will introduce you to project management concepts and essential techniques that can make you more proficient at delivering your projects on time and within budget. Based on a framework which encompasses the entire body of knowledge in the project management field, this course will familiarize you with the language and methodology commonly used by professional publications, associations, and your peers in the project management profession. This course is 100% compliant with the Project Management Institute’s (PMI’s®) current Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide).

Who should attend

This course is primarily designed for people who have had or will have project management responsibilities. It is also for project leaders or anyone who will be performing those roles in the future, as well as for individuals who have worked on projects as project team members. Individuals taking this course should have at least two year experiences working on project teams.
